RESEARCH AND INNOVATION

MM-O-DD is involved in research initiatives that explore new frontiers in design. One such research project is biomimicry-based alternative mobility product design, with the principal investigator being an international graduate student. These projects examine the environmental, social, and economic impacts of design innovations, aiming to contribute to sustainable and inclusive development.

Research in the areas of MM-O-DD's three pillars of BRAINWORXX, Biodesign, and Honoring Black Design are ever evolving as we strive to better understand the brain's unique design, nature's role in design and the history of black design and its inspiration for the future of design.
