Biodesign is based in biomimicry - a design that functions like Nature’s forms, processes and ecosystems. Research at MM-O-DD is ongoing as our understanding of our environment, its needs, strength and balance in design, and multi-dimensions are expanded upon. MM-O-DD is the only Design Museum in Detroit, which is the only designated UNESCO City of Design in the nation.
